Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at odinfrostad@shopbandit.net.

  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

  3. Items sent back without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exclusions: Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Refunds: Once inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
